Rules & Regulations
1. Entrants in any contest must be a Natural born female.  Teen, Miss and Ms. Contestants must be single. Child birth has no bearing on pageant decisions. Mrs. Delegates must be married to natural born male and living with husband. They must have been married for at least 6 months.
   A. Contestants understand a person's weight/size, race, religion, physical disability, or financial standing are not factors in the pageant judging or choice of award winners/titleholders in this pageant.
   B. All qualified ladies who live in, work in, or go to school in the U.S.A. are welcome to compete.

   C. Any one under the age of 18 must be accompanied by  a parent/ guardian or other responsible adult as you agree that U.S. Empire Pageants are not responsible for harm or injury to contestants or family members. Teen winner must share cruise room accommodations with a documented parent or legal guardian.
2. All decisions of the judges are final. No contestant or guest can converse or have contact in any way with judges outside of competition. Judges are expected to up hold the same rules. Judges also must agree they have no personal relevance to any contestants.
3. Any contestant and/or family member or guest showing unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to the disqualification of the contestant. No refunds will be given.
4. If for any reason a winner is disqualified, or elects not to participate, her title and all awards including crown and banner, trophy and prizes will be returned to the national office and given to the runner up or designee if the runner up is unavailable. I understand that the contestant whose title is relinquished or who is disqualified shall be responsible for any and all court costs, and attorney's fees, etc.  incurred by the U.S.Empire Pageants system or its affiliates and/ or parent company in an effort to have the aforementioned property returned to the regional or national pageant.
5. Entrants hereby agree to release unconditionally and forever, likeness of participation in this pageant or any use of their name, likeness, voice and/or biography in connection with this pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.
6. U.S.Empire Pageants reserves the right to change the date and location of any local, regional, or national, pageant.
7. Current employees of the U.S. Empire Pageants are not eligible to participate in the competition. Past or future employees are encouraged to compete.
8. Entrants agree that if they earn a U.S.Empire Pageant title on any level, they may not compete in other pageants.  Our national winners may not hold any other title nor compete in any other pageant during their reign. They are encouraged to compete after their reign is over.
9. Contestants and their parents/guardians, friends, family agree to hold harmless all persons affiliated with the U.S.Empire Pageants and/or its parent company Black Globe International, LLC in case of any loss or injury occurring during, or in travel to and/or from this program.
10. Recipient of any title promises to promote the program by making a minimum of 10 personal appearances and to send reports/photos to U.S.Empire Pageants with-in 1 week of event. Titleholders further promise to make no personal appearances or appear in any advertising and/or publications without prior notification and approval from the U.S. Empire National Office and or parent company.
11. U.S. Empire Pageants title winners promises to return to the following year to the regional and/or national pageant, in crown and banner, to crown her successor and attend the entire regional and/or national pageant as an ambassador to the new contestants and as an integral part in pageant production.
12. Regional and local representatives agree that they accept their titles with the understanding that they will compete at the next level and assume all responsibility for payment of fees that are not covered my U.S. Empire Pageants.
13. Crowns and banners remain the property of The U.S. Empire Pageants until after their succession. Any delegate who defaults on her contract  or is required to relinquish her title, must return all prizes and awards including her crown and banner to the national office in the condition in which they were received.
14. I understand that I may withdraw from the competition at any time, however, I, in doing so, must return my crown and banner to the national office. Under no circumstances or for any reason shall I be entitled to a refund in whole or in part of any fees paid.  All fees paid to U.S. Empire Pageants, its affiliates or parent company, are NOT REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees,  guest attendance fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales, and any other fees paid to U.S. Empire. Pageants by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, guests, sponsors, and advertisers.
15. I further understand that there will be a 4% pay pal fee assessed for online payments and all online payments must be made using PayPal automatic debit if payment arrangements are requested. No personal checks are accepted. U.S. Postal money orders are accepted. All payments must be made on time. Failure to remit payments on time may result in a $10% late fee.  Late or missing payments may also result in disqualification.
16. Entries must be received by designated deadlines. Dates may be extended as determined by U.S. Empire. Pageants national offices or its parent company and official designees. if requested by a delegate for extenuating circumstances.
17. If you wish to hold a regional title were no regional level competitions exist, the title holder may live in that region currently or in the past, may work or go to school in the region, may have family in the region or may have been born in the region.  Regional entry fees  are separate and must be paid to receive that regional title, crown, and royal sash. National fees  are separate and also apply to further to nationals.
Princess titles as granted by U.S. Empire Pageants do not cost extra but do not include a crown. A Princess crown may be purchased separately.
18. Any loss of property, stolen or damaged items, or sustained injury, is not the responsibility of the U.S. Empire Pageants, parent company Black Globe International, LLC or its affiliates and sponsors.
19. Contestants grant to U.S. Empire Pageants/Black Globe International, LLC permission to use their name, photo, likeness, voice & biographical information for purposes of publicity, advertising, and promotion in print, radio, video, on the web site(s), and in any other media. Contestants understand that they are not entitled to any compensation from the sale of such products. All photos become property of U.S. Empire Pageants upon entry.
20. Contestants must not now, or have ever worked in a trade which involves excessive nudity, pornography, bondage, fetish, or any illegal activity. Must not have participated in any form of photography that is questionable to the moral and professional standard of the pageant, amateur or professional as determined by U.S. Empire Pageants, parent company and/or affiliates.
21. I agree to all the terms under the application I signed electronically or otherwise and also to these additional terms.
22. U.S. Empire Pageants discourages tardiness. If you are unexcused late,  a 1 point deduction will occur on your overall score. You are asked to be ready 10 minutes prior to going on stage,. When you are directed to be in line to go on stage you must be there and ready. We do not usually wait for any contestant.
23. For national competition, professional hair and make-up stylists may be on hand. Prepaid appointments will be available as well as walk in appointments as time allows, if professional stylists are available.  Fees for these services must be paid prior to service. No refunds. These are trained, licensed professionals.  Your personal professional, licensed stylists are welcome as well but they may only work on you and they are not allowed in the back stage area. U.S. Empire Pageants abides by the regional cosmetology regulations. Stylists must show valid cosmetology licenses upon arrival to receive stage pass.
24.  Delegates must look age appropriate and must look like their photos submitted for the photogenic competition.
25. Reigning title holders will be welcome to attend U.S. Empire Pageants events  for public appearances the pageant event is free with sash and other events may require a reduced fee. Reigning title holders who will attend the pageant may submit their photo and a $10 processing fee via paypal to be included in the program book. Some title holders who appear in the program book may be selected to introduce her/his self onstage as a special guest.
26. U.S. Empire Pageants reserve the right to change these rules  as new situations or regulations dictate at any time.
27. The adult signing for and accompanying our underage contestants or guests testify that they are legal guardian  and/or responsible adult of the contestant who is under 18 years of age as required.


28. As an official entrant in the U.S. Empire Pageants System.  I attest that I agree to all rules and regulations set forth by U.S. Empire Pageants, parent company Black Globe International, LLC and executive designees and that everything set here in is accurate and true.
29. I understand that if I win a cruise, cruise insurance is available at my option for an additional fee and will not hold liable any U.S. Empire or affiliate or parent company if I chose not to take the cruise insurance and I have an insurable incident.
30. I understand that if I win a cruise and the cruise is booked, there is a cancellation fee of $200 that I must pay.

My Entrant into this pageant is my agreement that I understand and agree to the above stated rules, with or without my signature.
