Princess Awards:
The Miss U.S. Empire (MUSE) pageant family recognizes the hard work and dedication that ladies put into winning their crown. As a result, the delegates who place as runners up will be honored asTeen Miss/ Miss/ Ms/Mrs U.S. Empire Princesses. Each will win an official MUSE Princess trophy and sash.
Cover Model Award:
Each U.S. Empire Pageant system delegate is given the opportunity to win the Cover Model Award. She will win her photo on the back cover of the program book as well as a special crown, trophy and sash. After the delegate’s entry fee is paid in full each delegate qualifies for this award based on ad sells. The Cover Model Award is based on net dollar amount of ad sales. There will be one winner overall. In the event of a tie, the delegate who is first to turn in her complete advertising in the proper form and all payments, will win the award. This award has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant winner.
People’s Choice:
The people will be given the opportunity to share their opinion by voting for their favorite choice to win the national title! The ballots for this award are $2 per ticket and will be available from each delegate. Delegates will all receive their tickets during the same time period after early bird deadline. There will be one per division winner. The People’s Choice winners will receive on stage recogniton, a sash and trophy. This award has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant winner.
Visibility Award:
Each MUSE Pageant system delegate has the opportunity to win the visibility award by earning one quarter point for each qualifying appearance prior to national competition. She can earn one half point per appearance if she obtains names, phone and email of 2 or more interested future delegates, during the appearance. Appearances must include interaction with others in which the delegate can introduce herself or be presented as a special guest. Delegate must have received the official MUSE princess sash prior to earning points. Participating in a parade, open house, ribbon cutting ceremony, raffle drawing, are acceptable if the delegate has some activity, the event is photographed and the delegate’s official sash is clearly displayed. There will be one winner in each division. In the event of a tie, the delegate who turned in her appearance information first will win the award package. This award may have some bearing on the outcome of the Pageant as delegates may earn extra points toward her final score! A maximum of 5 extra points may be earned. However, Judging during pageant is not based on visiblity award. Judges do not score visiblity.
Spirit Award:
Each delegate will be given the opportunity to exercise her right to vote. The delegate voted on by her peers as displaying the most positive spirit and the epitome of an Empress in her character will earn this prize package. Voting will be done by secret ballot. One ballot will be given to each delegate during the pageant weekend. Voting will take place prior to pageant finals. There will be one winner in each division. The Spirit Award Winner will receive a trophy on stage. This award has no bearing on the outcome of the pageant winner.
